Weekend Food Backpack for Kids


PURPOSE- To support the nutritional needs of students to ensure they are healthy and ready to learn.  The Jackson County School Board’s Homeless Liaison, Innovative Charities of NWFL and Second Harvest Food Bank of the Big Bend have teamed together to support the nutritional needs of children.  Helping Children in need, by feeding them 1 child at a time.

Backpack for KIDS program has been set up to identify those children in Jackson County Schools that may not have sufficient food when out of school.
