An invoice will be sent to requestor showing the tentative cost. Tentative cost must be paid in full prior to request being processed. Requestor will be notified if any time incurred over the amount estimated which must be paid prior to release of documents. Payment should be remitted to Julie Chance by mail or in person at 2898 Green Street, Marianna, FL 32446. If paying by check, make payable to City of Marianna with a memo stating public records request. Requestor will be given a receipt of payment. The City will respond to this request within five (5) working days.
